In recent times, with the implementation of the new provisions of the National Council of Higher Education, universities are obliged, not only to present the advances in terms of what is evaluated but also the evidence and tangible strategies; in this case, regarding the welfare of the university community. Therefore, in this article an approach is made to a study carried out by the Vice-Rector for Integral Human Development, where the perception of the different programs that are attached to it is evaluated, which must be permanent in all the components of the University Welfare system; consequently, evaluative instruments were built and applied to identify the weaknesses and strengths of the programs, projects, and structures within the University Well-being, to carry out strategic improvement plans, allowing an effective and real action of this system before the community university.
