Abstract

Most higher education institutions face the challenge of contributing to a competitive society,
in terms of graduating professionals as a human resource aligned with current demands, achieving
entry into the labor market and starting an economic activity. stable, although higher education
expands with various modalities, the job proposal presents new skills that result in different
challenges for academic managers, in order to guarantee relevant and effective professional training
in constant change.
