Abstract

Historically, research is considered by various social actors (teachers, specialists, students, educational authorities and organizations) as a fundamental tool in the scientific and technological progress of a country. Therefore, the society of the new millennium demands a change of paradigm to assume new challenges in an era that, in an accelerated way, changes customs for fashions, knowledge for information, and knowledge for rumors, to the point that things no longer exist for be known but to be consumed.
